How we are run and funded
How S.E.W.F is governed, how its money is handled and audited, and what it may be spent on.
Led by its members
All members belong to the General Meeting, our highest decision-making body. It elects our leaders, approves budgets and plans, and appoints our Board of Directors. Leaders serve three-year terms.
A Board of six
The Board, made up of the Chairperson, Executive Secretary, Treasurer and three other members, makes our rules, appoints auditors, and reviews projects before they go to members for approval.
Careful with money
Our accounts are kept by the Treasurer, audited, and presented to members every year. Any bank transaction needs two of our three office bearers to sign. Our financial year runs from 1 January to 31 December.

- Income-generating activities
However funds arrive, they may only be used to advance our objectives.
